Oriental mustard

Oriental mustard, or yellow mustard, is cultivated in most cases because of the oil contained in the seeds, and as a spice.
It is used as a component in the preparation of sauces, including hollandaise sauce, mayonnaise and mustard as a traditional seasoning.
It is also one of the most important honey plants, a source of nectar and honey pollen.
