Sinapis alba is the latin name for white mustard, which is well known to European and Russian farmers.
It is named in this way because of the distinctive color of the seeds – white.
It is the most important honey plant.
Sinapis alba is the basis for the production of sauces, mayonnaise, condiments and mustard – products that are popular in Europe.
