Brassica nigra

Brassica nigra (black mustard) is cultivated for the preparation of mustard powder and essential oil.
It is grown on fertile soils, the quality of which it is very demanding.
It is also used in pharmacology, as a medicinal product, due to its stimulating properties and high content of essential and fatty oils.
